Chairman Discianno,Supervisor Newton, Treasurer Grimmer and Clerk Newton attended at Town Hall. Supervisor Silvis called into the meeting via phone. Manitowish Waters Town Chairman John Hanson also attended in person. Su pervisor Newton made a motion to approve the agenda. Chairman Discianno seconded the motion, and the motion passed 2-0 in a voice vote. 1. A pproval of minutes from the 9/8/2025 Town Board Regular meeting: Supervisor Newton made a motion to approve the 9/8/2025 minutes as submitted. Chairman Discianno seconded the motion and the motion passed 2-0 in a voice vote. 2. 2026 Town of Winchester budget: Manitowish Waters Town Chairman, John Hanson spoke about the Manitowish Waters Town Budget and their budgeting processes and then left the meeting. The Board members as well as Clerk Newton and Treasurer Grimmer reviewed and worked on the 2026 Town Budget worksheet in progress. 3. BCPL Loan Application for $150,000: The application has not been received, no action.
