1 Northwoods Emergency Medical Services District First Quarter Board Meeting Thursday, January 8, 2026, 4:00 PM Presque Isle Town Hall A quorum of Town Board members from each of the four member Towns may be present at this meeting. No official Town Board action will be taken by these members during their attendance at this meeting. The following items may be considered for discussion and or action. Agenda Call to order Roll Call Read and approve Agenda as posted Tuesday, January 6, 2026. The Chair may change the order of the agenda at his discretion. Approve minutes from previous meeting December 17, 2025. Old Business: 1. Follow up on the status of ambulance lease agreements with the town of Boulder, town of Winchester, town of Presque Isle and the Manitowish Waters Fire company. 2. Follow up on receiving insurance declarations from the three towns and the Manitowish Waters Fire company. New Business: 3. Discussion on ambulance lettering. 4. Discussion of possibly getting appraisal by an independent professional appraiser of each individual ambulance being used. 5. Discussion of the current status of facility lease agreements. 2 6.
