Minutes of the November 13 & 17th, 2011 meetings as printed. b. Treasurer’s Report. c. Bills submitted for payment. 3. Discuss and act on purchase & set up for a Recycling Center camera. 4. Discuss and act on VFW Hall rental issues. 5. Maintenance Report which will include updates on driveway permits; culvert and sign purchases, sand shed being filled; LRIP and Discretionary Improvement projects; Brown County Cabinetry bill; Community Center and firehall projects. 6. Discuss and act on: a. Snow removal at the Community Center. b. Use of salt verses spray for Community Center sidewalks. c. Date for Open House. d. 2012 wage rate for the Road & Maintenance Director. e. Annual retirement contribution for the Road & Maintenance Director. f. Pay out of unused 2011 vacation to the Road & Maintenance Director. 7. Act on transferring the 2011 budget amounts from the checking account to Machinery Fund ($30,000) and to Fire Equipment Fund ($10,000). 8. Appoint election officials for the two year term, 1-1-2012 to 12-31-2013. 9. Act on ordinance to establish a polling place location. 10. Act on allowing Board members to attend a WTA District meeting in February or March 2012. 11. Public Input and/or Correspondence. 12. Set next meeting date and adjournment.
