SPECIAL WESTBORO TOWN BOARDThe meeting was called to order by Chair Tim Roiger on July 4, 2011 at6:00 p.m. at the Community Center. Present were Supervisors Eldred Gumz& Steve Peterson, Clerk Julie Scott, R&M Director Jeff Peterson. TreasurerDenise Johnson was absent. Also present were Gene Lucia, Violet Thums,Harry Stroik and Rosemary Rindt.Following discussion about the entrance steps, Gumz/S. Peterson motionedto eliminate the proposed handicap ramp to the north, eliminate the frontsteps and make a full handicap accessible ramp out to the sidewalk. Railingswould be placed on both sides of the ramp. Motion carried.Roiger/Gumz motioned to modify the sidewalk by 6” as per discussion.Motion carried.Stroik, Rindt, and Thums left the meeting at 6:55 p.m.Following discussion, S. Peterson/Roiger motioned to pay Mavo Systems$806.00 for asbestos removal. Motion carried.The July meeting date was rescheduled to Monday, July 11, 2011 at 7:00p.m. Roiger/S. Peterson motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 p.m.Motion carried.
