Town of Rock Elm Elmwood, Pierce County, Wisconsin MINUTES Annual Town Board Meeting – Tuesday, April 15, 2025 Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Tim Bates. Others present: Matt Holcomb, Supervisor; Chris Thibado, Supervisor; Dave Bechel, Patrolman; Pam Reitz, Treasurer; Monica Robey, Clerk; and 6 residents/guests. Motion to approve agenda was made by Chris Thibado, second by Matt Holcomb, motion carried. Minutes from previous meeting Minutes from the April 16, 2024, meeting were read. Motion to approve by Chris Thibado, second by Matt Holcomb, motion carried. Public Input Appreciation was given to the board for their work on the CAFO. Hartland township has a solar farm proposed. Discussion on Rock Elm’s view, pros/cons. John Groh thanked everyone for being invested in the school district of Spring Valley. Financial Report Monica Robey presented financial reports including the balance sheet and Profit and Loss. Motion to accept financial report made by Adam Carson, second by Troy Klecker. Vote by show of hands, 11 yes, 1 abstain due to residency. Motion carried. Set date for next Annual Meeting The next meeting will be April 21th, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. Motion to adjourn by Adam Carson, second by Paul Churchill. Vote by show of hands, 11 yes, 1 abstain.
