Town of Drammen Meeting Minutes September 11, 2023 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ed Risler with all board members present. Town resident Jim Williams was in attendance. Motion to approve the August minutes made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Motion to approve the August treasurer’s report made by Jeff Larson and seconded by Joe Becker. Motion carried. Motion to approve the September 2023 bills made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. The Comprehensive plan proposal was shared. No action taken and will be taken up at the October meeting. The Fire Contract with the City of Mondovi was discussed. Motion by Jeff Larson and seconded by Joe Becker to approve the contract. Motion carried. Opportunities for board members was presented for Cyber Security and EMT Training. The Tax letter was distributed and discussed. Final letter will be discussed at the October meeting. Plowing of private driveways will end at the end of the 2023-24 season. Motion to adjourn made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Submitted Mark Zuber
