Town of Drammen Meeting Minutes March 13, 2023 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ed Risler with all board members present. Town resident Donna Lampman was also in attendance. Motion to approve the February minutes made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Motion to approve the February treasurer’s report made by Jeff larson and seconded by Joe Becker. Motion carried. Motion to approve the March 2023 bills with the addition of $895.00 for the City of Mondovi (Forman) made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Steve Berger representing Rural Mutual Insurance Company reviewed the Town’s insurance policy. No changes made. Berger did stress all accidents should be reported immediately. The Road bid was reviewed and will be sent out to various companies. Annual Report was distributed and updated. Motion to approve moving $50,000 to a 20 month CD at Alliance Bank from the Capital Replacement fund and moving $5000.00 from checking to Capital replacement account Made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Review of discussion of the comprehensive plan on chapters 2-3. Four will be discussed at the April meeting. Discussion of Brush mowing from the Affordable Roadside Cutting approved at least 40 hours at $80.00 per hour. Motion to adjourn made Jeff Larson and seconded by Joe Becker. Motion carried.
