Town of Drammen Meeting Minutes February 13, 2023 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ed Risler with all board members present except Joe Becker . Town residents, Jim Williams and Donna Lampman were also in attendance. Motion to approve the January minutes made by Jeff Larson and seconded by Ed Risler. Motion carried. Motion to approve the January treasurer’s report made by Ed Risler and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Motion to approve the February 2023 bills made by Jeff Larson and seconded by Ed Risler. Motion carried. The new furnace has been installed in the shop. Must be maintained every 5 years. Folder on the Town Clerk’s computer will be set up for the maintenance schedule. The Road bid ad for Hemlock Road east of 37 was discussed. Asking for bids that have 6 inches compacted rock and grinding and 2 inches and 2.5 inches compacted will be sent out. Motion to approve the request from Paying for Senior Care to have a link on the Town website made by Jeff Larson and seconded by Ed Risler. Motion carried. Joe Becker entered meeting. The annual report was distributed and discussed. It will be posted on the website. Discussion of the impact of not filing the Municipal CT Form was discussed. The CT form is what is used to determine Transportation aids to the Town and failure to file would cause the loss of the aid. Comprehensive plan was not discussed.
