Town of Drammen Meeting Minutes January 9, 2023 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ed Risler with all board members present. Town residents, Jim Williams, and Greg and Donna Lampman were also in attendance. Motion to approve the December minutes made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Motion to approve the December treasurer’s report made by Jeff Larson and seconded by Joe Becker. Motion carried. Motion to approve the January 2023 bills made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Motion to approve soliciting for a new shop furnace to replace the original furnace in the Town Shop, bids to asked for from Home Comfort, Wright Refrigeration and Alcivia Cooperative, after bids are received the lowest bid should be accepted if meeting the specifications given out to the Chairman made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Road bids will be sent out after approval of the bid form at the February 2023 Board meeting to various vendors. The Eau Claire Towns Association meeting hosted by the Town of Drammen will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at the Pleasant Valley Town Hall. Clerk will attend Board of Review Training to meet Board requirements. Motion to adjourn made by Jeff Larson and seconded by Joe Becker. Motion carried. Submitted Mark Zuber
