MAZOMANIE, WI 53560 Please take notice that there will be public meeting of the above governmental body, on the date, time, and place indicated for purposes considering the subject matter set forth in the following agenda. The following agenda will be followed: (Discussion and possible action will take place on the following items) 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Additions/Corrections/Approval of the Agenda 4. Approve meeting minutes dated August 26, 2026 5. Citizen Comment on any subject not on the agenda. 6. Move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statues 19.85(c) “ Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (2027 Wages and Benefits). 7. Move into Open Session 8. Discuss and act on 2027 wage and benefits available for Village Employees. 9. Re view 2027 Draft General Fund Budget . 10. Review 2027 Capital Equipment purchase requests. 11. Discuss the creation of pooled cash accounts for Village operations. 12. Adjournment. This may also constitute a meeting of the Village Board because:(i) the members of the Personnel Committee and Finance Committee will constitute a majority of the members of the Village Board; or (ii) it is expected that non-committee Village Board members may or will attend this committee meeting. As such, the Village Board will not take any formal action at this meeting; and all such action shall be done by the Finance and Personnel Committee s . Nevertheless, notice is given that a majority of the Village Board may be expected to attend the meeting to gather information which may include being included in the discussion or asking questions concerning matters over which they have decision making responsibilities.
