SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD M INUTES March 1 6 , 2026 Members: Pro Tem : Dawn Forseth ; Members: Rob Westerlund, Karen Peterson, Jim Marx, Justin Martinez, and Ray Schlamp Members Absent: President, Natalie Beil Also Present : Curt Erickson (Village Administrator ) The meeting was called to order at 8:05am b y Pro Tem, Forseth M otion by Peterson , s econd by Martinez to approve the agenda as posted . Motion carried unanimously. M otion by Westerlund , second by Martinez to approve the minutes dated March 10 , 2026, M otion carried unanimously. Citizen Comment: None Motion to move into closed session was made by Mar tinez , second by Mar x at 8:07a m pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes 19.85(1)(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation, performance, evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (Fire Department). Roll Call Vote : Forseth -aye, Westerlund- aye , Peterson- aye , Marx- aye , Martinez- aye , and Schlamp -aye . Roll Call vote passes 6 to 0. Motion to move into open session was made by Peterson , second by Marx at 9 :18a m . Motion carried unanimously. Announcements . Erickson noted Westerlund and Marx Village Board bios have not yet been received and staff would like to distribute an email to the community this week in advance of Absentee Voting beginning Tuesday, March 17. Additionally, Erickson reported most residents complied with the Snow Emergency and parked off the streets. There are a handful of areas that will need to be addressed later today .
