Programs needed for the VTC Admin computer • MailChimp – Up to 500 contacts = $20/month • Canva - $20/month V. Old Business & Updates A. Chamber of Commerce Update B. Town of Vienna Update C. VTC Administrator Update 1) Marketing Plan/Website Update – Pop Dot and Promote Local i. Met with them two weeks ago. Neither has been able to get me a proposal yet. I will send their proposals when I receive them and a recommendation can be voted on after they are received. ii. The website update goes hand in hand with this so it is easier and more comprehensive if they are presented together. VI. Any other business to come before the Vienna Tourism Commission VII. Adjourn NOTE: A quorum of members of other governmental bodies (Boards, Commissions, and Committees) may attend the above-noticed meeting to gather information.
