Discussion and possible action on Liquor License application for Liberty Square Gas Station:
Sweatt asked why the period for this license was only through June 30, 2026. Clark explained that the Annual
renewal is due July 1 of each year. The cost for the short time frame for the initial license issued, the new period
will begin, and the new owner will need to resubmit the paperwork again. Endres asked if the cost for a new
license is still $10,000. Clark explained that fee is imposed on a new business and new property that did not
have a liquor license prior to the business openi ng. A liquor license already exists at the All Stop so it’s just a
renewal fee, not a new license fee. Motion by Meinholz, second by Nickel to approve the application submitted
