Vienna Tourism Commission Minutes Wednesday February 11, 2026, at 9:00am Meeting held at Town of Vienna I. Call to Order: Karl Anderson called the meeting to order at 9:00am. Members present: Dawn Streeter, Jenny Olesen, Luke Justman, and Kathy Clark. II. Approval minutes: Motion by Olesen, to approve January minutes, seconded by Justman. All in favor. Motion carried. III. Approval of financials: Motion by Justman to approve January financials, seconded by Streeter. All in favor. Motion carried. IV. New Business: A. Discuss Organization Goals: A brief discussion on some of the new ideas Nickel has been working on. These will need to be followed up on. B. Administrative Procedures: Board discussed the current arrangements with the current commission. The team decided to give more time to reorganizing VTC. V. Old Business: A. Website Update-Two (2) Fold Marketing: Clark followed up with company and explained VTC is undergoing changes and would like to revisit sometime in the future. B. Madison Media Updates: Presentation scheduled for next month’s meeting. They continue to work on exit 126 information and promotions. C. Town of Vienna Updates: New proposed QTS Data Center has been officially terminated. D. Chamber of Commerce Updates: Justman reported working with businesses to promote new ideas and memberships. Follow up with Discover Wisconsin was discussed. Justman agreed to take on the project as the primary contact. More discussion took place. VI. Any other business to come before the Vienna Tourism Commission: None VII. Adjourn: Motion to adjourn by Justman to end meeting at 11:00am, second by Streeter.
