Town Board Special Meeting — Minutes

Town of Vienna Special Town Board Meeting Minutes December 22, 2025 The regular meeting was called to order on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 3:00PM, by Chair Jerry Marx. Supervisors Amanda Nickels, Gary Endres, Dakota Cable and Clerk Kathy Clark were present. Resident Jenny Sweat was also present. Supervisor Sherri Meinholz was excused. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Public Comment: None Convene into Closed Session; Pursuant to Wis. Statute 19.85.1 (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. (Discussion regarding the Annexation Petition filed on December 12th for 1,575 acres and the Impact on Vienna Township) Reconvene to Open Session: Action Resulting from Closed Session: Adjourn: Motion by Endres, second by Nickel to adjourn.
