Vienna Tourism — Minutes

Vienna Tourism Commission Minutes Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 3:00 pm Meeting held at Town of Vienna I. Call to Order: Karl Anderson called the meeting to order at 3:00pm. Members present: Jenny Olesen, Heike Compe, Theresa Stanford, Touny Manavong and Kathy Clark. Also present discover Wis. Lisa Meier, Windsor Representatives Guy Gryphan, Bruce Stravinski, DeForest Representatives Bill Chang and Madison Media Kately Bartz. II. Introductions took place with everyone in attendance. III. Presentation Lisa Meier – Discover Wisconsin 2026 Series: Last episode filmed in area was 2012. Episodes for 2025 filled but Spring/Fall still have openings for 2026. It could be done throughout the year, starting this fall for the fall series in 2026. IV. Municipal Discussion: After the presentation, members discussed options and cost and agreed to move forward with the project and contract. More information will be gathered when representatives meet with their own boards. V. Any other business to come before the Vienna Tourism Commission: None VI. Adjourn: Motion to adjourn by Clark to end meeting at 4pm, second by Manavona.
