Meeting Regarding Traffic Improvements Related to the Amazon Distribution Center There will be a Public Information Meeting (PIM) on the off-site improvements related to the Amazon Distribution Center development project that will take place at Cottage Grove Village Hall on Thursday, April 30, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The PIM will focus on construction staging and sequencing as all traffic improvements and roadway improvements have been approved by Dane County and Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT). Representatives from Dane County, the contractor, and Amazon will be available to answer questions at the meeting. Construction on these improvements will occur after the PIM is held, but staff does not know a specific date when the construction will start. Information regarding this PIM will be posted on the Village of Cottage Grove website, social media pages, and the Amazon team was required to send a mailer to properties in the vicinity of the development that met Dane County Highways requirements.
