TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, December 16, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Statement of Public Notice. 4. Approve minutes of the November 18, 2024 Plan Commission meeting. 5. Recess for comments from the public. 6. Preliminary Hearing: on a request from Golden Oil Company on Parcel #0811-333-8390- 2, located at 4711 County Hwy. TT. Pub-94 would like to discuss updating their Conditional Use Permit to extend their business hours. 7. Public Hearing: on a request from Stevens Construction Corp., to rezone Parcel #0811- 334-9130-3, 6.69 acres, currently zoned A-1EX (Exclusive Agriculture), located at 4736 County Highway TT. Stevens Construction Corp., would like to rezone this parcel to COM (Commercial), and construct 2 pole sheds and a 3-sided shed on this parcel. 8. Public Hearing: on a request from Aaron Harrison, 3205 Bailey Rd. Aaron would like to create 4 new SFR (Single Family) lots on Parcel #0811-194-9501-0, located at 2898 Burke Rd., 36.6 acres, currently zoned A1-EX (Exclusive Agriculture), to build a new home for himself and 3 other siblings in the future. 12. Consider and Take Action: on Aaron Harrison’s request. 13. Public Hearing: on a request from Luis Roman, 3111 Burke Rd., Parcel #0811-302-8050- 0, 28.09 acres, currently zoned A1-EX (Exclusive Agriculture). Luis would like to break off 2 acres and rezone it to SFR (Single Family) to build a new home. 14. Consider and Take Action: on Luis Roman’s request. 15. Any other Old or New Business. 16.
