TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Statement of Public Notice. 4. Approve minutes of the December 18, 2023 Plan Commission meeting. 5. Recess for comments from the public. 6. Preliminary Hearing: on a request from the Coris Development Group to build storage units for boats and RV’s off of Norton Dr. 7. Public Hearing: on a Conditional Use Permit request from Joseph Tatar, on Parcel #0811- 103-8560-4, 5.20 acres, currently zoned A-2 (Agricultural District) to Ag (Agriculture District), located at 5934 Town Hall Rd. Joe would like to add bathroom facilities in his barn. 8. Consider and Take Action: on Joseph Tatar’s request. 9. Consider and Take Action: to approve Resolution #2024 01-22, Approving an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan. 10. Public Hearing: to approve and adopt the amended Comprehensive Plan. 11. Consider and Take Action: on the amended Comprehensive Plan. 12. Next meeting date: Monday, February 19, 2024. Adjournment.
