TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Statement of Public Notice. 4. Approve minutes of the April 17, 2023 Plan Commission meeting. 5. Recess for comments from the public. 6. Public Hearing: on a request from Jacob Yelk to rezone Parcel #0811-234-9000-1, 40 acres, located at 5319 Pierceville Rd., currently zoned A1-EX (Agriculture Exclusive) to AG (Agriculture). Jacob would like to break off 7.5 acres from the rest of the farmland. 7. Consider and Take Action on Jacob Yelk request. 8. Preliminary Hearing: On a request from Michael Schuster, on Parcel #0811-123-8110-0, currently zoned AG (Agriculture), Parcel #0811-122-9720-0, currently zoned AG (Agriculture) and Parcel #0811-122-9600-1, currently zoned EA (Exclusive Agriculture) located at 1746 State Hwy. 19 and 1786 State Hwy. 19. Michael Schuster and Ron Treinen are swapping 1 ¼ acres and cleaning up some lot lines. 9. Presentation from the Comprehensive Plan Committee on the Town of Sun Prairie Comprehensive Plan. 10.
