TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Statement of Public Notice. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Approve minutes of the August 15, 2022 Plan Commission meeting. 5. Recess for comments from the public. 6. Public Hearing: on a request from Andrew Kirch on Parcel #0811-241-8770-3, 5.357 acres, currently zoned A-1EX (Exclusive Agriculture District), located at 5491 County Highway TT. Andrew would like to split off 5.357 acres and the existing home from the current 12.75 acres. 7. Consider and Take Action: on the request from Andrew Kirch. 8. Public Hearing: on a request from Tammy Moodie on Parcel #0811-192-9575-0, 11.019 acres, currently zoned RH-3 (Rural Homes District), located at 3064 Nelson Rd. Tammy would like to split off 2.15 acres and build a new home for herself. She will sell the remaining parcel and buildings. After discussion, a motion was made to split off 2.15 acres with a separate driveway and rezone it to SFR (Single Family Residence) and the remaining will be zoned AG (Agriculture). 9. Consider and Take Action: on the request from Tammy Moodie. 10. Preliminary Hearing: on a request from Calla Kelly on Parcel #0811-201-9000-0, 39.8 acres, currently zoned A-1EX (Exclusive Agriculture District), located at 2969 County Hwy. T. Calla would like to build a canine daytime daycare facility. 11. Consider and Take Action: Discuss and take action on Solar Energy Ordinance #2022-3 for Town of Sun Prairie. 12. Review of updates on the Town of Sun Prairie Land Use Map and the Comprehensive Plan. 13. Other development and design issues. Develop an Ordinance amendment for building accessory garages/buildings in the front yards. Also, possibly discuss developing an ordinance with a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to build larger accessory garages/buildings than their principal dwelling on their property. 14.
