CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, & CONFIRMATION OF POSTINGS FOR OPEN MEETINGS LAW The meeting was called to order with Roll Call showing Commissioners Jeff Endres, Ashley Ballweg, Jan Barman, Neil Statz, and Kurt Acker present, as well as town board members Dave Laufenberg, Tyler Jankowski, and Leon Zinck present. Also present were property owners Rachel and Heath Mickelson. 2. SITE REVIEW Attendees toured the site, inspecting slopes and access points off Dahmen and Clover Hill Drives. 3. ADJOURN Motion by Commissioner Ballweg, seconded by Commissioner Acker to adjourn the meeting at 9:45 a.m. Motion carried, 5-0.
