NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
REQUEST FOR REZONE
Please take notice that the Plan Commission of the Town of Springfield will conduct a public hearing at
town hall on the 11th day of May, at 6:30 p.m. to receive public comment on the application below:
The applicant is applying to separate the farmhouse from the farm, requiring a rezone to
Towns’ Zoning’s residential district (SFR) for 1.79 acres, and exclusive agriculture (EA) district
for the remaining 37.9 acres.
