Parcel Nos.: 0808-142-8700-0 Location: 6863 Woodland Dr. Kevin & Anja Heppner The applicants are applying to create 2-3 new residential lots on their 62-acre wooded property using the TDR program, rezoning the land from Legacy zoning’s exclusive ag to Towns’ zoning exclusive ag and residential zoning.
