Recommendation of the Plan Commission 3/10/25: CSM & rezone to SFR one new lot, Millers, 6236 Hwy. 12 PC Action: Motion by Commissioner Weiland, seconded by Commissioner Wolfe to approve the CSM and rezone to SFR.
