CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, & CONFIRMATION OF POSTINGS FOR OPEN MEETINGS LAW The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Matt Wright. Present were Commissioners Wright, Wolfe, Barman, and Swann; Town Board Chairman Dave Laufenberg, and Supervisors Jankowski, Meinholz, and Zinck; applicants Scott and Tyler Hellenbrand; and, Kevin Acker and son on behalf of Premier Builders. 2. SITE REVIEW AND PROJECT DISCUSSION FOR NEW HOME LOT AND CONVERTING DRIVEWAY INTO A SHARED DRIVEWAY AND EXTENDING TO NEW HOME LOT Attendees toured the proposed site and discussed home site location in relation to the topography so it doesn’t show above the hill line from the road. 3. ADJOURN Motion by Commissioner Wright, seconded by Commissioner Barman to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m. Motion carried, 4-0.
