MEETING MINUTES SPRINGDALE JOINT PLAN COMMISSION AND TOWN BOARD MONDAY, June 22, 2026 at 7pm APPROVED JULY 27, 2026 1. 7:00 pm Call to order and certification of compliance with open meetings law. PC members present: Plan Commission Chair Jester, Carrico, Aburomia, Hanson, Dorn, and Bunn Absent: Sullivan. TB Members present: Town Board Chair Rosenbaum, Supervisors Schwenn and Altschul. 2. MINUTES: MOTION (Aburomia/ Hanson) to approve minutes from May Meeting (June 1st) with correction of typo on “the” 5-ayes 0-nays 1-abstain (Bunn was not present at the meeting) MOTION CARRIED. 3. Michelle Turner/ 3189 County Highway J /Public Hearing for CSM and Rezone of lands involed with the Lot Line Adjustment of approx. 1 ac to R. and K. Simpson at 3163 County Highway J/ Sec. 2. MOTION 1: (Jester/Carrico) to recommend to the town board the approval of the CSM as presented as it is consistent with the Lot Line Adjustment approved last month. 6-ayes, 0 nays. MOTION CARRIED MOTION 2: (Jester/ Bunn) to recommend to the town board the rezone of 2.26 ac from SFR2 to RR2 and 1.4 ac from RR4 to RR2 as the zoning is consistent with the use and lot sizes following the lot line adjustment and is supported by the land use plan. 6-ayes, o-nays.
