OPEN MEETING NOTICE SPRINGDALE CAPITAL PLANNING COMMITTEE TUESDAY, MAY 5, 2026 AT 6:00 P.M. Pursuant to Wis. stat 985.02(2), the final agenda is posted at the Springdale Town Hall and at springdalewi.gov. This meeting will be held in-person at Town Hall (2379 Town Hall Rd.) AGENDA NOTE: Discussion and action may occur on any eligible agenda item. 1. Call to order and certification of compliance with open meetings law 2. Discuss unofficial minutes from 2/3/2026 meeting (committee was not board-appointed until after that meeting) 3. Appoint a minute-taker to record discussions, actions, outcomes 4. Discuss the standard of quorum for meetings – 9 members total, so 5 would be a legal quorum. 5. Discuss funding for capital assets • roads budget worksheet • capital equipment list from Devin Dahlk (is there an update to the list?) • equipment pages established by the former iteration of this committee are in a black binder at town hall 6. Review spreadsheet of all town road segments and most recent PASER rating for each segment 7. Develop a list of needed improvements for buildings and grounds planning 8.
