MINUTES SPRINGDALE TOWN BOARD MONDAY, DECEMBER 9, 2024 AT 12:00 P.M. TB Approved 12/17/24 1. Call to order and certification of compliance with open meetings law by Rosenbaum at 12:15 PM. Quorum of TB members present at town hall including Rosenbaum, Schwenn and Hefty. Also present at town hall were Patrolman Dahlk and Admin/Clerk Arthur. Arthur confirmed posting on 12/2 and 12/3 springdalewi.gov and 12/2/3 at Town Hall. Mt. Horeb Mail notified 12/2 &3 in accordance with the open meetings law. 2. Approval of the agenda. No changes. 3. Review town hall ventilation proposal from Brian Cheney, Hein Engineering. Budgeted $40,000 for this project. Brian Cheney present by speaker phone. Sensor-controlled ventilation - EF1 and intake must run 5 hours a day (fan) per Wisconsin code, as well as when the sensor triggers it. Alternative is to have it run all day long. Sensor is 48” off the ground. Contractors will ensure that ductwork doesn’t interfere with overhead radiant. Brian will submit the plans to the state as well as forward any communications from them, and when the project is finished, inspect all finished work. Bidding format – provide contractors with what Brian has submitted for the bidding process. Only specs from the Town side would be insurance (WC) and references. 4. 1:00 PM – meeting with Village of Mt. Horeb regarding possible annexations, specifically of parcels 0607-071-9000-1, 0607-074-8521-0, and 0607-071-9585-0. Discussion with Village President Ryan Czyzewski and Village Administrator Nic Owen, along with PC Administrator/Chair Amy Jester. 5. Adjournment MOTION (Schwenn/Hefty) to adjourn at 1:45 PM.
