Town of Rutland Planning Commission Meeting 785 Center Rd. June 30, 2025 – 6:30 p.m. This meeting will be held via zoom and in person at the Rutland Town Hall Planning Commission meeting Agenda: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of the June meeting minutes. 4. Preliminary inquiry by Robert Nelson , 381 Danks Rd, regarding possible Conditional Use Permit. 5. Prelinary inquiry by Erika Sweeney regarding parcel 052/0510-171-8071- 2 that is 11 acres that is zoned RR-8. We would be looking to change the zoning to RR-2 with the intention of dividing it into 3 parcels- 1 for each of our children 6. Discussion and possible action on updating the conditional use permit process to conform with the Dane CountyCUP process. 7. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Town Board: a recommendation of a scanner and server for data storage of township records. 8. Set meeting date. 9. Adjournment. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board of the Town of Rutland may be present at this meeting to gather information about subjects over which they have decision making responsibility. This constitutes a meeting of the Rutland Town Board pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993) and must be noticed as such although the Town Board will not take any formal action at this meeting.
