Town of Rutland Planning Commission Meeting 785 Center Rd. February 3, 2025 – 6:30 p.m. This meeting will be held via zoom and in person at the Rutland Town Hall Agenda: 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Approval of the January meeting minutes. 4. Petition 12142 by Jeff Moyer to separate the existing residence from the farmland and reduce the size of an existing (vacant) residential lot. The property is located at 583 Danks Rd. The rezoning would change 1.5 acres from FP-35 to RR-1 and rezone 1.6 acres from RR-2 to FP-35. 5. Ordinance Amendment 2024 OA-23 regarding the review process for conditional use permits. 6. Set meeting date. 7. Adjournment. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board of the Town of Rutland may be present at this meeting to gather information about subjects over which they have decision making responsibility. This constitutes a meeting of the Rutland Town Board pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993) and must be noticed as such although the Town Board will not take any formal action at this meeting.
