Town of Rutland Comprehensive Plan Task Force Mee;ng Minutes 785 Center Rd, Stoughton, WI. 53589 11/25/2024 mee;ng 9am 1. Call to order. Co-Chair Peter Vanderveer called mee;ng to order at 9:06 am. 2. Roll Call. Task force members present; Peter Vanderveer, Derek Nedveck, Gail Simpson, Nancy Nedveck and Kent Knutson. 3. In aWendance; CARPC staff Sean Higgins and Caitlyn Shanahan. 4. Approve mee;ng minutes from 11/13/2024 mo;on Knutson second Vanderveer approved 5-0. 5. Con;nuing from last mee;ng reviewing Dane Co zoning districts and iden;fying CUP’s in those zoning districts not supported by Rutland public surveys, open house and discussions. Will con;nue reviewing at next mee;ng, got through most of the zoning districts. 6. Con;nuing from last mee;ng iden;fying and mapping Town land use areas to determine land use in Rutland. Map will be generated based on our input by CARPC for review. 7. Discussed need to have a future mee;ng solely on Transfer Development Rights (TDR) program with Dane Co staff. 8.
