Town Elector Meeting — Agenda packet

STATE OF WISCONSIN TOWN OF EAGLE WAUKESHA COUNTY RESOLUTION NO. _25-07_ ELECTORS TO ADOPT TOWN TAX LEVY AT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN ELECTORS WHEREAS, Wis. Stats. §60.10(1)(a) authorizes the electors of a town to adopt the town tax levy at a meeting of the town electors, and WHEREAS, a special meeting of the town electors has been called and properly noticed to approve the 2025 tax levy; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that at the special meeting of the Town of Eagle electors, by a majority vote of the eligible electors duly assembled and voting on this 19th day of November, 2025, hereby resolves as follows: 1. The town electors of the Town of Eagle, Waukesha County, Wisconsin adopt the town tax levy for 2025 (to be collected in 2026) in the amount of $796,406. 2. The Town Clerk shall properly post this resolution as required by Wis. Stats. §60.80(1)(a) within 30 days of adoption. Adopted this 19th day of November, 2025 at a special town meeting.
