TOWN BOARD BUDGET WORKSHOP Eagle Municipal Building 820 E. Main Street, Eagle Wednesday, October 29, 2025 6:00PM Approved Minutes Chairperson Mommaerts called the workshop to order at 6:00PM Present: Supervisors Kugel, Domagalski, Knauer, and Chairperson Mommaerts. Supervisor Hajewski was not in attendance. Proof of posting and notice were verified as met. Chairperson Mommaerts announced that the Town Board may convene into closed session pursuant to Wis.Stat.§ 19.85(1)c). to consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Item for discussion: Town employee wage considerations. There were no comments from the public. A motion was made by R. Kugel, seconded by D. Domagalski to enter into closed session. Roll call vote: Knauer-aye, Mommaerts-aye, Kugel-aye, Domagalski-aye. The board went into closed session at 6:03pm. The board reconvened into open session at 6:44pm per motion made by C. Mommaerts and seconded by D. Knauer. (4-0) Motion by D. Knauer and seconded by R. Kugel to move forward with the items discussed in closed session. Remaining budget items were reviewed, line by line, and the board adjusted as necessary until the proposed budget draft was balanced.
