(or immediately following the 5pm Public Works & Utility meeting, whichever is later) 1. Call to Order & Roll Call 2. Closed Sessions • Upon motion made, seconded and adopted by roll call vote, the Village Board will convene into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 19.85(1)(g), to confer with legal counsel for the government who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the governing body with respect to litigation in which the body is involved; more specifically regarding United States District Court Case No. 25CV1886 entitled “Napoleon Jones v. Brandon Shayhorn etal,” including with regard t o a cross claim and counter claim filed by Rural Mutual ; and, • Pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a close d session, more specifically regarding the Development Agreement between Village of Lisbon and ST Management LLC as it pertains to the sale of vacant village-owned land at Business Park East. o Motion to adjourn into Closed Session o Roll Call Vote o Closed Session 3. Open Session Reconvene into Open Session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85(2) for discussion and any necessary action resulting from the Closed Session. 4. Adjournment NOTE: It is possible that members and/or a quorum of other governmental bodies may attend the above meeting to gather information. No action will be taken by any governmental body other than specifically noticed above.
