DRAFT 634 State Road 19 PO Box 37, Marshall, WI 53559 www.townofmedina.org 1 MEETING MINUTES FOR TOWN OF MEDINA BOARD of Supervisors Meeting Wednesday December 10th, 2025 Monthly Meeting Minutes The monthly meeting for the Town of Medina Board of Supervisors was called to order by Chairman Todd Weinberger at 6:00 pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Present were Chairman Todd Weinberger, Supervisor Phillip Braithwaite, Supervisor Steven Nampel, Supervisor Sue Zingshiem and Supervisor John Hellenbrand. Also present: Clerk/Treasurer Stephanie Lulling, Highway Patrolman Randy Krause, Mike Monger from Trek (left at 6:37 p.m.), Lukas Lywza from GEC (left @7:00 pm), Jim Stuntebeck Meeting Posted: Monday December 8th, 2025; Town Hall, Whisper’s Roadhouse, Barrel Inn, and Townofmedina.wi.gov Public Appearances: None currently. Correspondence for the Board: WTA membership information regarding being members of TAC also- will be on the January 2026 agenda, email from the Village regarding the EMS transition - communication with York and Marshall will commence, grant finder website information and cost Approve the meeting minutes from November 12th, 2025, meeting: Motion made by Supervisor John Hellenbrand to approve November 12th, 2025, meeting minutes, motion was seconded by Supervisor Sue Zingshiem. Motion passed 5/0. Trek Race Permits 2026: Mike Monger from Trek presented 2 events for 2026. Tabled until the January 2026 meeting for the second race on Friday May 8th, 2026. Motion made by Supervisor John Hellenbrand to approve the Saturday May 9th, 2026, rolling closure Trek Race, motion was seconded by Supervisor Phillip Braithwaite. Motion passed 5/0. Road Grants and Updates- Lukasz Lywza: Lukasz gave updates on Canal Road going for ARIP grant funding, updates on Box Elder Road project and billing, information on vacating roads Approve Mary Olson driveway permit refund: Motion made by Supervisor Sue Zingshiem to approve the driveway refund for Mary Olson, motion was seconded by Supervisor Phillip Braithwaite. Motion passed 5/0. Motion passed 5/0. Highway Report: Updates given by Highway Patrolman Randy Krause. Cherry Lane mulberry tree needs to be cut out of the power lines, loader front wiper quit working-multifunction handle is bad- under warranty, 2017 Ford cylinder blew out, 2012 got new recaps, Burke truck for a set of carbides next week, plowing snow EMS and Fire Commission Reports: Updates given by Supervisor John Hellenbrand. Clerk/Treasurer Report: Updates given by Clerk/Treasurer Stephanie Lulling. Set Caucus Date: January 14th at 5:00 p.m. Future Meeting Information: January meeting will have TAC membership, second Trek race, grant website cost, upgrading to Windows 11 or upgrading computers in general Adjournment: Motion made by Supervisor John Hellenbrand to adjourn at 7:28 p.m. Motion passed 5/0.
