on Item 16. Brei would prefer no Compensatory Time on lieu of straight overtime, as this is going on in other
communities, and Item 17, please at least consider the quote for brush clearing along Sherman Road. Fischer then
spoke for himself regarding Item 18; why does this need approval, we the shop expense budget is funded for these
kinds of purchases. Item 20, the increase in the deck materials. Fischer thinks that the Town should wait on the
construction of the deck until the Fire Department determines that an exit on the east side of the barn is required.
Finally, Item 23. We should have a policy in place that when an employee says they are quitting they are considered
no longer employees instead of recent situations where they decide that they do not want to quit and feel they can just
come back.
Charlotte Gruszinski, 1015 Sherman Road, stated her support for the Barn restoration, saying it is a part of the history
of the Town and Town Hall and should be restored. She also said that given what venues like this are renting for, our
return on investment could be 3 to 4 years at the most. She also suggested contacting local papers, radio and tv
outlets about the restoration of a historical barn in our state.

burn in the Jackson Marsh. Thirteen members are enrolled in the Spring semester for schooling in both EMT and
Firefighting. The department received a second $783 donation from West Bend Moose Lodge for iPads in trucks.
