The hearing is to discuss amending ordinance sections 20.05 Moose Lake and 20.08 Lake Keesus of the Town of Merton Municipal Code in the interest of public health, safety, and/or welfare, including the public’s interest in preserving natural resources, as they relate to the equipment, use, or operation of boats or to any activity regulated by Wis. Stat. 30.60 to 30.71.
