Town of Montrose Land Use Committee Meeting Monday, September 22, 2025; 7:30pm Montrose Town Hall, 1341 Dianne Ave Belleville, WI 53508 Call to Order Approval of Minutes 1. Request by Michael Knight to create a One-Lot Certified Survey Map (CSM) for 4.976 acres at the corner of Paoli Road and State Highway 69, parcel number 040/0508-101-8513-0, and to rezone the subject parcel from FP-35 (Farmland Preservation) to FP-1 (Small Lot Farmland Preservation) Zoning District for the purpose of creating an agricultural lot. 2. Nicolaas Mink of Paoli Cheese Factory Association, LLC, at 6858 Paoli Road, seeks a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the purpose of building a 5 cabin condominium community at Seven Acre Dairy. One bedroom condominium cabins would be between 500 and 820 square feet, privately owned, and situated directly adjacent to the main building. The condominiums would participate in a Seven Acre rental program and function as additional lodging for the current property, bringing the total number of rooms at Seven Acre Dairy from 8 to 13. As part of the condominium association rules, these cabins will not be able to be used as a primary residence of the owner and will need to be part of Seven Acre’s lodging inventory for 46 of 52 weeks a year.
