Discussion and possible Action re: 2nd driveway request at McKay Nursery, 5655 Lincoln Rd. 7. Discussion and possible action re: school bus stop at 6141 Purcell Road 8. Update on 2025 road projects re: cost overrun 9. Discussion of proposed revisions to contract language for future seal coating projects, including: a. Joints between private driveways and new pavement b. Provision for the Town of Oregon to approve project work between pulverizing and paving step c. Contractor’s responsibility for clean-up upon completion of project d. Add provisions that require an independent expert to inspect and sign off on completed project 10. Movable message board: update on availability of used message boards e. Resident Concern re: Speed on Netherwood Road from Fish Hatchery 6:30am-8:30am/3:00pm-5:30pm f. Update on Dane County Sheriff Speed Board on Glenway 13. Discussion and possible action re: informing Residents of the need to keep Rights of Way clear of vegetation and visual obstructions 14.
