Town of Perry Minutes - Town of Perry Board of Review Perry Town Hall Tuesday, May 12, 2026 1. Call to order. Chairman Roger Kittleson called the first session of the 20 26 Board of Review to order at 7:31 PM . Roll Call: Supervisors Ken Hefty and Mick Klein Kennedy - present, Clerk Mary Price – present, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Stephanie Zwettler – present. 2. Deputy Clerk Stephanie Zwettler reported that the 20 26 Assessment Roll is not complete and has not been received from the assessor at this time. The Board reviewed the dates and times for the Open Book and Board of Review sessions. 3. Mick Klein Kennedy moved and Ken Hefty seconded a motion to recess this session of the Board of Review and to reconvene at a later date when the assessment roll is complete. Roll call: Ken Hefty – Yes; Mick Klein Kennedy – Yes; Stephanie Zwettler – Yes; Roger Kittleson – Yes. Motion carried. The first session of the 2026 Board of Review recessed at 7:33 PM.
