Confirmation of appropriate Board of Review and Open Meetings notices. 4. Select a Chairperson. 5. Select a Vice Chairperson. 6. Review and approval of June 19, 2025 Board of Review minutes 7. Verify that members have met the mandatory training requirements. 8. Verify the Town has an ordinance for the confidentiality of income and expense information provided to the assessor. 9. Possible adoption of a policy regarding procedure for sworn telephone testimony and sworn written testimony. 10. Assessor’s Affidavit and signing of the Assessment Roll. 11. Examination of the Assessment Roll. 12. If applicable: Hear/Deny objections or schedule objection hearings to another date if needed 13. If applicable: Deliberate on Objections 14.
