9-22-2022 Budget

TOWN BOARD BUDGET MEETING SEPTEMBER 22, 2022 – 6:00 P.M. TOWN HALL, 2354 COUNTY ROAD N PRESENT: Chairperson David Pfeiffer, Supervisors Eric Olson, Dick Green, Dana Stadler, and Melanie Miller, and Clerk/Treasurer Maria Hougan ABSENT: OTHERS PRESENT: Superintendent Alex Mesdjian (virtually) Chairperson Pfeiffer called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. BUSINESS: Discussion and work meeting on the 2023 budget. Chair Pfeiffer explained the budget process to the new Board members. The Board reviewed the revenues for the 2023 budget. The Board discussed what the proposed road work may be for 2023. A discussion took place regarding which roads were priority, and an estimated cost. A discussion took place regarding a joint municipality purchase of equipment between the “Quad Towns” to purchase a back hoe and trailer. The Town of Dunn is interested in buying in with the Town of Pleasant Springs on the new skid loader the Town recently purchased. The next budget meeting will be held on October 06, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Supervisor Olson, seconded by Sup.
