SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING, November 05, 2021 – 10:00 A.M. VIA VIRTUAL ZOOM MEETING PRESENT: Chair David Pfeiffer, Supervisor Jay Damkoehler, Supervisor Janiece Bolender, and Clerk/Treasurer Maria Hougan ABSENT: Supervisor Eric Olson and Supervisor Doug Larsson OTHERS PRESENT: Deputy Clerk / Treasurer candidates CALL TO ORDER Chair Pfeiffer called the meeting to order at 10:00 A.M. ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT BUSINESS Interview with Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Candidates. *Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes 19.85(1)(c) “considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.” Deputy Clerk / Treasurer Candidate Interviews Interviews were conducted with the candidates for the Deputy Clerk / Treasurer position. The Board determined they would like to hold another meeting on Nov. 10, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. with the missing members of the Board to review and discuss the candidates and qualifications, and to possibly schedule second interviews. ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 12:00 noon.
