Page 1 of 1 Town of Merton, Waukesha County, Wisconsin Special Town Board Meeting September 2, 2025 On Tuesday, September 2, 2025 the Town Board will meet at 6:01 p.m. for a Special Town Board Meeting in closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85 (1) (c) consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercised responsibility. Chairman Klink read the meeting notice for the Town of Merton and called the meeting to order for the Town of Merton by Roll Call Vote. Tim Klink yes Jim Fleming absent Jim Olson yes John Krogmann yes Don Herrick yes Discussion on Highway Department proposal. Looked at surveys and found some errors in the spreadsheet. Klink will go over the spreadsheet with Clerk Hann and make a new survey spread sheet with just the Highway Information on it. A motion to Reconvene to Open Session was made by Krogman/Herrick. Chairman Klink called roll call vote. Tim Klink yes Jim Fleming absent Jim Olson yes Dick Morris yes Don Herrick yes No action taken. Adjourn - A motion to adjourn was made by Herrick/Olson.
