NOTICE TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES JUNE 15, 2026 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY JUNE 15, 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order at 7:00pm 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Lisa Meinholz present. Nanette Backeberg absent. 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified meeting notice was posted on Town Website and outdoor bulletin board. 5. Approval of June 15, 2026 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the June 15, 2026 board meeting agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried 6. Approval of May 18, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the May 18, 2026 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried 7. Public Opinion – Jeff Ballweg questioned the removal of plantings in the right of way and Rich Weidner had garbage and recycling complaints 8. Discussion on Republic Services Garbage and Recycling issues – Discussion on all the issues the town is having with Republic Services. Lisa is working with town attorney to see what option the town has. 9. MSA scope of services and contract for Mussen Road project review/Action – Brian Kehrli gave board a copy of scope of contract for the engineering of Mussen Road ARIP project. Brian will have a contract to us within the next week. No action at this time. 10. Review and Approve Liquor License applications/Action Renewal application for “Class B Combination” license for ROX LLC, dba ON THE ROX, 8901 County Rd Y, Sauk City, WI 53583. Submitted by: Forest Fitzgerald, agent, 8917 County Rd Y, Sauk City WI, 53583 – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve Class B Combination” license ROX1-27 for ROX LLC, dba ON THE ROX, 8901 County Rd Y, Sauk City, WI 53583 with a fee of $400.00. 2ND BY Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. Renewal application for “Class B Combination” license for Good Oak Restaurant LLC, dba Green Acres, 7487 Hwy 78, Sauk City WI, 53583. Submitted by Daniel Cunningham, president, N876 Club Circle Dr, Prairie du Sac WI, 53578 - Mike Bradley made a motion to approve Class B Combination” license GOR1-27 for Good Oak Restaurant LLC, dba Green Acres, 7487 Hwy 78, Sauk City WI, 53583 with a fee of $400.00. 2ND BY Jim Wipperfurth. Submitted by Monte Maier, agent, 7113 Kippley Rd, Sauk City WI, 53583 - Mike Bradley made a motion to approve Class B Combination” license DH1-27 for Dorf Haus LLC, 8931 County Rd Y, Sauk City WI, 53583 with a fee of $400.00. 2ND BY Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried. 11. Patrolman Report – Josh reported that they are cleaning up the road debris from last week’s storm. Hershberg Rd needs some work to stop the water from puddling at the end of the road. Getting bids ready for Mack Rd and Kehl Rd. 12. Correspondence Letters/E-mails – Complaint about abandoned house on Birchwood Dr. Lisa will look into condemnation process with County. Other miscellaneous emails. 13. Approve Bills – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0 Motion Carried 14. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check numbers 16002 thru 16012 and 16016 thru 16026. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley.
