NOTICE TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES MAY 18, 2026 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY MAY 18, 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order at 7:02 pm 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg and Lisa Meinholz present 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified notice was posted on Town website and outdoor bulletin board 5. Approval of May 18, 2026 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the May 18, 2026 board meeting agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 6. Approval of April 20, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve April 20, 2026 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Nick Ganser. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth. NO – 0 Mike Bradley abstained. Motion Carried. 7. Approval of April 21, 2026 Special Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the April 21, 2026 special meeting minutes. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 8. Public Opinion – Still having issues with garbage and recycling pick up. 9. Appointments of Planning Commission and Recreation Commission, Jacob Breunig Resignation/Action – Mike Bradley made a motion to appoint Adam Steinberg as chairman of the Planning Commission for a 3-year term ending May 31, 2029. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. Mike Bradley made a motion to appoint Nick Ganser to planning commission for another 3-year term ending May 31, 2026. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. Jacob Breunig tabled to later date. 10. Review and Approve return of Driveway Bond for Brad Meinholz, 9312 Jenny Lind Lane/Action – Nick Ganser made a motion to approve return of $2500.00 driveway bond to Brad Meinholz. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 11. Set date for Large Item/E-cycle in September. Date for large item and e-cycle day is September 19, 2026 12. Discuss 2026-2027 WTA Dues and Voluntary TAC Dues/Action - Mike Bradley made a motion that we pay the full amount of $1851.00 to WTA. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 13. Patrolman Report – Josh reported fixing road drainage issues and ditch work. Should start mowing and spraying soon. Town posted on website that any planting in the right of way will be cut down. 14. Correspondence Letters/E-mails – Miscellaneous correspondence 15. Approve Bills – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0. Motion Carried. 16. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check numbers 15978 thru 15982 and 15983 thru 15998. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley. NO – 0.
