TOWN OF ROXBURY, DANE COUNTY NOTICE OF PASSAGE OF TOWN ORDINANCE NO. 2026-02 Please take notice that at its regularly scheduled meeting on the 20th day of April, 2026, at the Town Hall, the Town of Roxbury Town Board adopted ordinance No. 2026-02, titled: Town of Roxbury Refuse and Recycling Ordinance The purpose of this is ordinance is due to updates required by The Department of Natural Resources to promote solid waste disposal, recycling, composting, and resource recovery through the administration of an effective recycling program, as provided in s. 287.11, Wis Stats., and s. 159.11 Chapter NR 544, Wis. Administrative Code. This ordinance is available for review at the Town of Roxbury Hall, 7167 Kippley Road, Sauk City WI and on the Town’s website at htpps://town.roxbury.wi.us.
