TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Nick Ganser called meeting to order at 7:00pm. 2. Review and Approve Rezone Petition DCPREZ-2026-12286, Jeffery and Nancy Herbrand, create 1 Residential Lot and One Agricultural Lot, south of 8184 Ballweg Rd/Action – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve Rezone Petition DCPREZ-2026-12286, Jeffery and Nancy Herbrand, Create 1 Residential Lot and One Agricultural Lot, south of 8184 Ballweg Rd. 2nd by Nick Ganser.
