TOWN OF ROXBURY MEETING MINUTES FEBRUARY 16, 2026 TOWN BOARD MEETING OF THE TOWN OF ROXBURY WILL BE ON MONDAY FEBRUARY 16, 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. THIS IS AN IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL MEETING. TOWN CHAIRPERSON HAS COMMUTATION OF THIS PUBLIC MEETING TO OFFICIAL TOWN NOTICE. AGENDA 1. Call to Order – Chairman Ganser called meeting to order at 7:00 pm 2. Pledge of Allegiance – Recited by All 3. Roll Call – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth, Mike Bradley, Nanette Backeberg, and Lisa Meinholz present 4. Verification of Public Notice – Verified public notice was posted on town website and outdoor bulletin board. 5. Approval of February 16, 2026 Agenda – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the February 16, 2026 agenda. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth and Mike Bradley. NO - 0 6. Approval of February 2, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the February 2, 2026 board meeting minutes. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth and Mike Bradley. NO - 0 7. Review and Approve 2026/2027 Bridge Inspection agreement with Dane County/Action – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the 2026/2027 Bridge Inspection agreement with Dane County. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth and Mike Bradley. NO - 0 8. Public Opinion – Dexter Breunig driveway questions. 9. Patrolman Report – Looking for tractor and boom mower 10. Correspondance Letters/E-mails – Miscellaneous correspondance emails. 11. Approve Bills – Jim Wipperfurth made a motion to approve the bills. 2nd by Mike Bradley. YES – Nick Ganser, Jim Wipperfurth and Mike Bradley. NO - 0 12. Approve Checks – Mike Bradley made a motion to approve check #’s 15876 thru 15883 and 15886 thru 15898. 2nd by Jim Wipperfurth.
